Do you work for private and commercial clients?
Yes. We work for private properties, offices, practices and suitable small commercial properties.
Quotes and prices
How is the price calculated?
The price depends on the scope, materials, accessibility and conditions on site.
Is the enquiry non-binding?
Yes. A contract is formed only after the details have been agreed and you have accepted the quote.
Appointments
How soon can an appointment be arranged?
This depends on the scope, location and availability. We do not offer a standard lead time.
Is an inspection always required?
No. Many tasks can be assessed using clear photographs and measurements.
Service area and travel
In which cities does HandMen work?
Our local base is Wiesbaden. We assess enquiries from 78 towns and municipalities across the Rhine-Main region.
Is work outside the regular area possible?
You can send an enquiry. We assess availability individually.
Are there travel costs?
Any travel costs are agreed in advance and shown in the quote.
Flooring
Which floors does HandMen install?
Laminate, suitable vinyl, luxury vinyl tile and plank (LVT/LVP), PVC and carpet, plus prefinished engineered wood flooring installed as a floating floor.
Do you sand parquet flooring?
No. Sanding, varnishing, sealing and fully bonded parquet are not offered.
Assembly
Do you connect kitchens or light fittings?
No. Electrical, gas and water connections are carried out only by qualified specialist contractors.
Do you install doors and windows?
Yes. We install suitable, industrially prefabricated and standardised components in prepared openings.
Clearance and moving
Is disposal included?
Only where the scope and permitted materials have been expressly agreed in advance.
Do you transport hazardous goods?
No. Transport of hazardous goods, heavy haulage and international transport are not offered.
Property support
Is this property management?
No. There is no tenancy administration, service-charge accounting or legal representation.
Are visual checks technical inspections?
No. They are agreed visual checks only.
Specialist contractors and coordination
Who carries out regulated skilled-trade work?
Only qualified specialist contractors registered in the German Register of Crafts and Trades.
What does HandMen coordinate?
Appointments, sequence, access and status updates; specialist companies carry out the skilled work.
