A business registration is not an entry in the Commercial Register. Register details that do not exist will be removed after review rather than being completed with “in formation” or an invented registration number.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute-resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body.
The former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. An obsolete link to that platform is therefore no longer included.
